[ale] Muting Threads on Gmail

Jim,

When you create a gmail filter you have an option to "skip the inbox".
I use that on all of my filters.

Specifically for ale mails I have a ale label that the filter applies.
Then when I feel like reading ale stuff I look in that label and do
so. Most of that I in turn delete if it is not interesting.

My ideal "mute" feature would allow me to delete a thread and all
future conversation related to the thread without having to see it
again.
