[ale] Comcast Business Class experiences?

Jeff,  I don't know.  The plan I have gave me a static IP.  I've had  
the service since December and have kept the same IP, despite  
rebooting and powercycling the RG.

I will say that talking to their Texas based tier 1 tech is painful if  
you're more sophisticated than "omg, please fix my intarwebnets!" But  
that's pretty standard these days.  Generally I need to talk to tier2  
or get a home tech dispatched so they
