[ale] line wrapping in Thunderbird's compose

That would be up to the recipient's client. You should only need to
enter a new line when you want to start a new paragraph. Most email
clients will wrap plain text emails to 80 characters, or the width of
the view port. HTML mail should be wrapped to the view port.
