[ale] New Nvidia Drivers

I had to chuckle a bit...

When I last put Gentoo on an nVidia desktop, the proprietary nVidia 
driver that was selected by Portage as current at that time was too 
*new* for the card; I backed it down a version or two (can't recall 
exactly), recompiled kernel, and all was good.
