I had forgotten about Ralf's list.   Back before the innerwebs, Ralf
distributed that list via BBS sites and eventually ftp sites.   It was
a very common reference for assembly language programmers (back when
API was an acronym rarely heard).   Oh the years of late nights that I
spent toiling over interrupts and asm code...I wouldn't trade those
years for anything.
