[ale] Fedora Booting experts

cat /proc/mdstat will show current status. If a mirror member is
failed you will not see (U/U) but (_/U) or (UI/_) instead. The listed
partition (sda1, sdb1, etc) will be the working one.

Time to pull out the software raid how-to. Basically, if it's down and
rebuilding, sit tight and let it finish. If it's down and NOT
rebuilding, the drive missing is damaged enough that it can't be used.
So mark it failed, break the mirror, replace the drive, repartition
the new drive, add the partitions back to the mirror(s) and let them
all rebuild.
