If you have the WOT plugin for Firefox it shows links for this site in
yellow so you don't accidentally click on one.

It used to be if you went to the cached results you'd see the full
answer but somehow they are redirecting that now.  It makes me think
Google is taking payment from them for their BS.

Interesting.  Never noticed that myself, but it would not surprise me.
