So now I'm a ways deeper into the latest Linux Format issue.
This is the one that had the news item I shared about how the
Opera 10 release includes peer to peer network services that
allow easily configured file and web hosting from any web
connected computer that can run the Opera browser.

Now I find this tutorial for "Creating a Cloud Server"
by installing and setting up Tonido, a cross platform package
which offers all of the Opera 10 services for becoming a
private droplet in the connected mists of the internet.

There is a bit of uncertainty about whether this whole
package will go to GPL Open Source or if the SDK will
remain the only portion under GPL v3 license.  Still,
it looks to be more Open than the Opera option.

The way they plan to make their dollars with this is
by selling hardware. Specifically, a little home server
in a wall wart called the Tonido Plug:
