Thanks Robert and Brian for your input.  Had realized after talking to
cust service when I established the service that I'd need a UPS.
Thanks also for the cell phone info, as that is another thing I'm wanting
to change.  We have a Sprint 400 shared min plan that runs @ $74/mo.  I
use from 100-200 min/mo and wife never uses hers.  In four years she's
used it 3 times for maybe 20 min.  Plus they charge per min for calls that
are forward from the cell phone.  Sux
