[ale] missing xorg.conf

Having no xorg.conf did not work. But this did:
su - root
/etc/init.d/gdm stop
X -configure
mv xorg.conf.new /etc/X11/xorg.conf
/etc/init.d/gdm start
Geez, it seems like I just got used to using the 'dpkg-reconfigure -phigh
xserver-xorg' command.
