[ale] TV on a computer ?

If so, answers:

1) card, cable/satelite/antennae

2) depends on how fancy you get, 50 bucks to hundreds - even thousands..

3) whatever channels that you purchase and your tuner card supports (no hd
channnels on a card with no hd support, etc)
