Good Luck with the case. I had bought their full height about 1.5 years
ago. It had part broken, which I didn't see until I had it all put
together. I've been promised the part by their support since then. It's
a real pain to get through in the first place and then their initial
response is to ship the whole case back to them and then once they got
it they would send me a new one. Of course I would have to pay the
freight both ways. After 2 months they finally started talking about
just the part. It took another 4 months before I got someone who knew
what the part was. Then another month to get approval to send me the
part. I still have the LED skotched tape to the chassis. It's a shame
because their cases are really sharp looking, but as they say "Beauty is
only skin deep!" Also the tray mounts for the HDDs you may have to
spread apart a bit from the sideds, otherwise they tend to fall.
