[ale] [OT] Comet viewing

Bah!  sent my email straight to Sean... Gmail's auto response button works
differently from the iGoogle homepage. :P  Anywho...

There are some areas, but you will probably have to go at least 45 min to an
hour away before you get to any reasonably dark areas. State parks are often
good, but there are some WMAs that are good as well... Charlie Eliot is a
popular spot for stargazers, and I also found some places at Ft. Yargo that
were both away from the crowds and nice.

Alternatively, there are certain places out in the country (I've been to
spots between Snellville and Hwy. 20) that are very rural and were great
when I went to go watch the large meteor showers that came through a while
back. Besides that, I can't think of any other specific places.
