[ale] OT: recover Safari browser history

Only if the system was backed up prior to the clearing. It _might_ be
possible to do some low-level forensics on the drive and recover the
blocks that were used in the old version of the history file but don't
hold your breath (hold your wallet). So some 3-letter organizations
might get something but for most mortals, it's gone.

<rant>I think too many people are using the browser history like
bookmarks. </rant>

I also think the overly helpful history in FF3 is annoying. I don't
want to see every iteration of a website url I frequent when I start
typing in a new url.

Hmpf. I think I need a new soapbox.
