[ale] Lose internet access when moving rooms on campus

I agree, I should not need a new connection, but when I make the move the
internet becomes almost unusable. It seems like a combination of
noise+singal loss. I have tried dhcpd -k. Once my laptop switches from one
AP to another it loses the network. Maybe something to do with the way the
campus network works? If nothing works, Ill try to install network manager,
but i would much rather know why this is happening.
