It's just that their support seems to be getting less non M$ platform 
friendly, to the point where I've been told that unless I have M$ XP or 
Vista they won't even help, I'm on my own. I've had a few explosive 
conversations with supervisors. Fortunately I haven't had any recent 
problems.
