[ale] Motorola headset in Ubuntu 9.10

I've used the motorolla headset in XP with the Vakoss transceiver.  I
think it just might be a compatibility issue with the Vakoss and Linux.
I'm going to buy one of those tiny ones off eBay and try it.  I only
want to use this headset for a VoIP soft phone.
