Hey Chris,
This sounds like Peak 10's issue, and now unfortunately it's in your
lap. I would move to a different IP range if you can. Trying to get
the IP range you are currently on removed from various block lists
would end up being a pain and you will continue to run into issues
down the road if you stay on that range.
However it's possible that even if you move to a different range, you
might have the same issues depending on how laid back Peak 10 is
regarding abuse and enforcing policies around spam.
