No longer a mere urban myth, we have a date and site for the MythTV
InstallFest and Conference:

DATE: Saturday, October 10th

WHERE: Freeside Atlanta -- Atlanta's new Hacker Space[1]

The newly formed Freeside Atlanta is up and running. With a warehouse
full of space, ample free parking, A/C, sofas, kitchen, bathrooms,
work tables, chairs, a freshly dry-walled classroom, stacks of
(mostly-working) servers AND a BBQ grill, we're good to go!

If you've been thinking about building a MythTV box or need to fine
tune an existing one, please join us. In addition to delving into the
Open Source MythTV project[2], you can visit Freeside and learn about
Hacker Spaces[3] and how to start or join one[4].

Very tentative schedule of events:
Morning -- InstallFest
Late Morning -- Presentations
Mid-afternoon -- Grill, refreshments, fine tune and provision MythTV systems.

[4] Currently, Freeside Atlanta is not accepting new members. (On the
bright side, the day will be free of that creepy "join our off-beat
cult" vibe).

More information will be posted to the mailing list and
http://blog.freesideatlanta.org in the near future.

Thanks,
H. Preston
