I'm not sure the install is trivial! I'm fairly experienced and it was 
still confusing...

Works for me, especially if it can do QAM. Hint hint.

I would especially LOVE to see a session on converting an old xbox to a 
front end. If I can't get the 360 working, I'll punt back to the original...
