[ale] OT: EEE 900 16G

I'm seeing many Eee 900 16G's on eBay and am thinking of getting one.  I
looked at the Wikipedia article and it makes me believe that the 16G is a
version that uses slower flash chips.  There are no 20GB versions to be
had on eBay.  Should I steer clear?
