[ale] Multimedia in PHP

I want to audio to a php web page.  I just want it to be able to play mp3
files that are uploaded to a certain directory on the web server.
I briefly looked at FLAM; looks like it requires MySql. Are there any other
tools/scripts that anyone here has any experience with?
