I'm torn as to what to do next.. My wife switched to Verizon, to get a
cool LG Voyager phone with full qwerty keyboard, so she can text our
kids.. She paid the early termination fee for AT&T. Our choices were
limited, she needed a new phone, hers, uh, took a rinse cycle in the
washing machine after she left it in her pocket... and it was cheaper to
pay the fee than buy a new phone.
I still have AT&T, but I will be up for renewal/upgrade soon.
I would LOVE to have something new/cool/linux appliance, with/without
AT&T. I sorta want to stay with AT&T because our son in Newnan has AT&T,
and it would be a strain for him to call us if we were both Verizon ( he
has has no home phone, just cell, and limited). BUT if I found the right
phone, I'd go with Verizon- their coverage is MUCH better up here in
Athens. I really like the Samsung Alias, cute little dual flip phone
with full qwerty keyboard. The Nxxx series of appliances aren't phones (
are they?)
anyone else have a phone that is a linux appliance with a full qwerty
keyboard?? suggestions??
