[ale] public dns servers - PUBLIC vs OPENDNS

Yeah, it was particularly bad with SpeedFactory. Not only did they
randomly stop responding, but they were _always_ slow. I'm no longer
using SpeedFactory, but I've stayed with OpenDNS. They are lightning
quick.
