It is CPU specific, you'll have to refer to intel's site on the specific
CPU. I am running ESX right now without virtualization optimization
turned on.

I forgot to ask about hardware VT (virtual technology) support.

Not sure if ESX requires it or not but I think it would be good to have
on VM test platform.

It appears the CPU on the T105 has VT support, but I don't know about
the BIOS.

Does anyone know how Dell handles that now.  ie. Is in all their BIOSes
just waiting to be enabled, or is it only in their bigger servers?
