[ale] ale-politics is dead (and good riddance)

Hi folks,

Some of you may recall that several years ago, I set up a
mailing list (ale-politics at kneuro.net) which was intended
as a side-track onto which political discussions that
arose on ALE would get shunted.  I believe only three people
ever subscribed to it.  I finally got around to killing
it off this morning, in case anyone actually cares.
