I helped a spa with some website issues a few years ago, they were using 
some service based web scheduling system hooked into their website.
It was slick, it worked, they loved it.. and it was like $20/month.
I -think- they found out about it in a trade mag. It also helped handle 
employee schedules and a few other things. Customers could make their own 
appointments with the people they wanted via the web.
