[ale] Strange ISC DHCP behavior...?

Currently each machine has a hostname set (the printer does, too).  So
far, the DHCP dæmon is receiving all the hostnames (including the
printer)...

Strangely, I walked away for 20 minutes and came back, and _now_ there
are DDNS entries in the lease file and the printer has a name on the
network.  Very strange.  I was rebooting the printer and bouncing DHCPd
for twenty minutes prior to that, when everything _else_ got addresses,
trying to figure out what was wrong before I sent something here...

I don't know what would cause such a delay; all the other clients were
added by DHCPd upon their first lease renewals.  *shrugs*
