[ale] YouTube to offer feature length movies

Since BOTH Comcast and AT&T are offering their own "movies on demand"
that is a direct competitor with Netflicks download movies, it's in
their best interest to limit customer access to competitor products.

They both "claim" it's about "file sharing" and "abusive downloaders"
but it's really about squashing access to competitors media content.

It won't happen but it seems to me that a forced separation between
content provider and access provider is needed.
