[ale] Distro Search for Thinkpad R40

try fedora 9 on that thing. I've been quite happy with it on a thinkpad T43
and am about to put it on a T20. Granted the T-series is a better platform
for the opensource than the R-sderies is but the thinkpad pages show good
success.
