That it does.  If you're limited on space I wouldn't use it.  However,
if not, it's a very, very useful utility.  (Depending on _some_ of the
packages you work with, you might also need additional packages
installed; cdbs comes to mind.)

You might also want to check out prevu, but I have the feeling that it
will require even more to be installed, because I think it depends on
pbuilder and abstracts out a bit for the user.
