A slight bit off-topic, but interesting nonetheless:  I have stopped
using filters and folders, because I am finding that the various
features of Evolution make it possible (and easier) to manage your mail
without having to do that.  For messages you must have your finger on,
you can have a "search folder", and if you want to just read all your
messages, you can, because they're in a single place.

Of course, the "search" bar at the top of the window is a decent thing,
too.  I am beginning to see why some people like having an apparently
disconcerted mess in their Inbox:  They have a system for managing
it.  :)  (Well, sometimes.  Others just keep everything there...)
