I don't see where this helps.

nslookup adsfkjasldkfj.com 208.67.220.220
Server: resolver2.opendns.com
Address: 208.67.220.220

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: adsfkjasldkfj.com
Address: 208.67.217.130

nslookup 208.67.217.130
Server: localhost
Address: 127.0.0.1

Name: hit-nxdomain.opendns.com
Address: 208.67.217.130

What should happen is this.

nslookup adsfkjasldkfj.com 130.207.9.13
Server: zeon.cc.gatech.edu
Address: 130.207.9.13

*** zeon.cc.gatech.edu can't find adsfkjasldkfj.com: Non-existent domain

So how is using opendns any better than what Earthlink is doing with
their DNS?
