[ale] Clues for installing Linux to HD under qemu

Brian - I want to toss an extra "Thank You" to you, and to the group as 
a whole. It has taken vastly longer than it should have, but the 
project is properly underway. Success may be a ways into the future, 
but at least it is a few steps closer than before.
