[ale] Cpan is irritating me, GetHistory problem.

I think that this something to do with termcap and what your TERM environmenu variable is set to. Try setting TERM=ansi and rerun the command]

I keep seeing the "Terminal does not support GetHistory" error message 
every time I run cpan, but I can't figure out how to fix it.  Google 
found thousands of hits, but none of them address that error message 
since it's so common.
