I've been taking care of my own for a while using Bookmark Sync and Sort.

There was also Firefox Google Bookmarks FFextension, but at first glance, it wasn't updated for FF3 (and I'm still using FF2, so I don't care tooo much about that yet).

There is also talk of the prototype for 'Weave' from mozilla labs.
