I thought that was what semi-colons were for. ;)
If the shell script I sent works, I think you could get it into a
crontab entry. Admittedly it would look ugly in there.
I can't think of a way to do it much simpler. Maybe there is
something you can do via "midnight commander". I hear it is very
powerful, but I have not used it.
