[ale] OT: The Most Wired City in the US?

This popped up on Digg today. It turns out that Atlanta is rated as the most 
wired city in the US. This isn't too surprising to me, actually. But a lot of 
the Digg readers were incredulous and made some of the standard idiotic 
comments about Southerners being slow. After all, how can you be 
technologically proficient if you say "y'all"? :p
