You'd be better off scrounging up a floppy to plug during the installation.
Easier to find and you'll be using the supported configuration if you have to call Dell for any warranty support.

That's what I had to do the last time I had install W2K3 machine.

Cute that Windows still has to have a floppy to do driver installation during the OS install.   What a dinosaur....
