[ale] PPPo{EA} v NAT in DSL gateways

The Lava Net page is active, but the Westell User's Guide page is dead.  
Checking the Westell support website, it shows the Model 2200 as 
"Manufacturing Discontinued," and directs us to Bell South for support.
