I don't think I said anything about "good".  I said "anti-competitive"
and that is dealt with in our anti-trust laws.

Your arguments sound much like the ones in old rape cases where the
defending attorney would say "look at how she was dressed".   Having a
desire to look pretty is NOT the same as wishing to be raped any more
than having a desire to be in business is the same as a desire to have
your arm twisted by a corporate bully to stay in business.

True, however that is more so because their primary business is
centered around selling hardware used with XP/Windows.... and they got
into that primary business based on desire to make massive amounts of
money (i.e. *not* do good will for the community).      Don't forget,
nobody forced Dell to get into the PC business... they opt'ed to do
what they did and along the way signed the paperwork they signed.

So, should only "good" contracts should be allowed in this world?
Define "good". ;-)
