The other thing to keep in mind as you convert is the potential for 
severe quality loss as you convert from one lossy format to another (Jim 
and I ran into this when looked at converting ogg files to something 
playable by an iPod), so if you can, keep a copy of the original 
lossless capture, it will make later transcoding into ogg, etc. much 
easier and pleasurable.  Daniel
