[ale] ifconfig and dhcp

You can't do it through ifconfig with any distro, but you can:

1. run setup as root
2. edit  /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-INT (e.g. ifcfg-eth0)

DEVICE=eth0
BOOTPROTO=dhcp
ONBOOT=yes


3. run dhcpcd
