[ale] bypassing fingerprint scan to install Linux on laptop

Maybe try IBM's support site?  I don't remember the URL offhand
but I've found all kinds of technical docs there, even such
things as exploded assembly diagrams & parts lists/numbers.
Just an idea I guess...
