why do you feel guilty?
my understanding is that people chose them because they actually had
competent tech support.
their handling of this has been worse than comcast and I wouldn't have
thought that was possible. now granted, SF doesn't have the long and proud
tradition of this sort of thing like them but IMHO they've just completely
torched their credibility.
we're going back to the dark side...
