You would need to identify all possible *sending* servers in your SPF
record.  HOWEVER, the more you have, the less relevant your SPF record
becomes.   For instance, AOL will forget about SPF records if the sum
of your SPF hosts/IPs/subnets exceeds a certain number of IP
addresses.

Since you are using Google Apps, why does one of your people insist
upon using Earthlink?  Your people should be able to use
smtp.gmail.com:587 (smtp.gmail.com:465 for SSL)  for outbound email.
NOTE: they will need to use their gmail login credentials
(user at domain.tld / passwod) to authenticate with smtp.gmail.com.
