yes it does. it compiled easily, I copied bcrypt to /usr/bin and ran it to 
unencrypt the 2 files he had as examples. Now all I need is a 56 character 
password that I can remember...:)
the only issue is the update time:
(Updated September 11, 2002)

but it seems compatible with my system.
