[ale] Quoting bizarre oracle names

Wow, I didn't know the + option syntax was still supported on GNU
commands. You can always put a path (absolute or relative) in front
of the filename to prevent the command from interpreting + or - as a
switch prefix. For example:
more ./+asm1_ora_6948.trc
vim $PWD/+asm1_ora_6948.trc
