We have a house listed for rent with Emory Univ. off-campus residence and
I got one inquiry that smells like either a Ponzi scheme or one of those
"empty your bank account" scams. Might have escalated to money laundering,
however. Emory actually posts warnings to landlords about Ponzi and
bad-check artists trolling their listings for contacts.
