[ale] amavis + tripwire

Unless the mail setup is buried in a policy file, I can't find it. It
has to be in the policy file.
Digging in the src I noticed this: FormatAddressHeader( "MIME-Version",
"1.0" )
This is the src->tripwire and many section deal with sending
notification email.
However, I can't find _anywhere_ the setting is made for who gets the
email.
Check and see if you can whitelist the source and have it skip amavis.
